For a paper to be presented and published, at least one author must be registered and fees paid. Registration opened on the 18th of April 2016. Registration, accommodation booking and payment are available through the same website, which requires a login to access. If payment is not made at the time of booking, users can access the payment section at a later date by following the 'My Account' link at the top of the page.

Registering on Arrival
Delegates should ensure they check their payment details and collect their name badges and conference bags at the Registration desk in St. Anne's College foyer upon arrival. Photo identification must also be shown upon registering. The registration desk will be open on Sunday the 11th of September between 16:30 and 18:30, then again on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning from 08:00. The desk will be manned by admin personnel throughout the conference for any administration issues.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made by August 26th 2016, the registration fee will be fully refunded minus a £30 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after August 26th. Please direct cancellation requests to the conference Administrator.
